Meet your trainer

My name is JP Mendoza, and I’ve been working with dogs for over 20 years, with a focus on training for the last five. I’ve been fortunate to learn from some of the top trainers in the industry, such as Cheri Wulff Lucas, Brian Agnew, Heather Beck, and Jay Jack, gaining invaluable experience through mentorship, workshops, and courses. I’m committed to ongoing education, traveling across the country each year to stay current with the best training methods. Since launching my business, I’ve had the privilege of serving individuals, families, and rescues throughout Alachua County. My approach to training centers on building strong relationships based on trust, respect, and love, allowing people to deepen their connection with their dogs and understand them better.
